I would have to say that this is one of the best dealership's I have been too. The staff are all very helpful anytime I bring in my car in for service and they treat me very well and have a very relaxed waiting room. Prices are good in service, the saying goes (get what you pay for) and I want the best. GOOD JOB KITAHARA GMC!!!

I must say that the customer service here is fantastic! Mike Stafford and the rest of the crew go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Very friendly environment, great selection of vehicles. My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle (2010 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4) from Kitahara and we would do it again! I must say if you are looking to buy, do it here you wont be disappointed. If you need service they have an experienced hard working staff (I have used as well) and very happy with Mr. Templeton in the Service Dept. he is very helpful and responsive. C Wright

My family and I purchased our first new vehicle, a 2008 Yukon XL. Even though it came from a dealership in Los Angeles, we have had it serviced at Kitahara GMC in Fresno from day one. The service has been more than I could have expected!! We have been in for both regular and unscheduled maintenance, our service representative Robert Hanna is the best! He knows how important it is for me to continue with the routine of my day and Robert is always willing to help me any way he can. I had a pleasant experience at Kitahara. It was my first experience buying a car, and they made me feel at home. They answered all my questions and concerns. The salesperson I had was Pedro Mora and he was very hospitable. He is still helping me answer questions about my car. Next time I need my car serviced or need a new car I will definitely be coming back to Kitahara. Tony was really nice and helped calm the nerves.
